## Description

Company Description ATG CONTRACTING LLC is a specialist subcontractor, specializing in paint, floor coating and EIFS.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, managing logistics and inspections, monitoring project progress, and addressing risks or delays. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, preparing status reports, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager will ensure that project deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards while achieving agreed timelines and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting (Project Management).

• Experience in expediting processes and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery of materials and services (Expeditor, Expediting).

• Knowledge of inspection procedures and quality control practices in technical or industrial projects (Inspection).

• Proficiency in logistics management, including scheduling, transportation coordination, and inventory tracking (Logistics Management).

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar applications).

• Experience in technical services, construction, engineering, or industrial projects in the Gulf region is beneficial.
