Business Development Sr. Officer

About the company

Our client is a premium luxury lifestyle brand with a strong presence across the GCC and beyond. As part of its growth, the brand is bringing its premium experience to new retail formats, including luxury automated retail.

About the role

You will drive the growth of the brand’s automated retail channel in the UAE. You’ll secure high-end locations that match the brand’s positioning, negotiate placement agreements, manage site partners and track the return on every smart retail unit.

What you will do

• Identify premium, high-traffic locations for smart retail unit placements, such as luxury malls, airports, hotels and private hospitals

• Run ROI and feasibility analysis on proposed placements

• Build and track the pipeline of new automated retail opportunities

• Engage landlords, site owners and facility management teams to secure placement agreements

• Negotiate commercial terms, including revenue share, fixed lease and hybrid models, working with Legal and Finance to finalise agreements

• Act as the main point of contact for site partners, making sure every location reflects the brand’s premium standards

• Work with Expansion Planning and Operations to launch new locations on time

• Monitor revenue and performance of smart retail units at partner locations, and report on ROI and partnership status

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leasing, Partnerships or Retail Expansion

• Experience in luxury retail, automated retail, vending or kiosk models is preferred

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the presence to represent a premium brand

• Comfortable working with financial data and ROI tracking

• A network of UAE landlords, mall operators or facility managers is a plus
