## Description

job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Manager to lead organizational design, business process improvement, performance management, and governance initiatives to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Review and improve organizational structures, job descriptions, and reporting lines.

• Lead business process improvement and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.

• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure departmental and organizational performance.

• Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

• Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify development opportunities.

• Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation.

• Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvement plans.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• A relevant professional certification is an advantage.

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, Business Process Management, or Governance.

• Proven experience in organizational structure design, process improvement, and KPI development.

• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
