## Description

We’re Hiring: HVAC Sales Executive

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time

Windmason Arabia, a Saudi manufacturer of HVAC and power solutions, is expanding its Riyadh sales team.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC sales professional who understands the market, builds strong customer relationships and turns project opportunities into confirmed orders.

The role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will sell HVAC equipment and solutions, including evaporative cooling units, package units and DX systems, to contractors, consultants and end clients.

Your responsibilities

Identify new customers and project opportunities across Riyadh.

Meet contractors, consultants and project owners, including site visits.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.

Follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records.

Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

Coordinate with technical and project teams to meet customer requirements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

At least 3 years of HVAC sales experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.

Good knowledge of HVAC products and applications.

Proven experience selling to contractors, consultants and project clients.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Good written and spoken English, including quotation preparation.

Valid driving licence.

Preferred qualifications

Arabic language skills.

An established contractor and consultant network in Riyadh.

Experience with cooling towers, chillers or VRF systems.

Ability to read basic technical drawings and BOQs.

Salary and benefits

SAR 5,000 per month plus sales commission.
