## Description

Position: Associate Director -Oracle Alliances & Business Development

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior business development professional to drive growth of our Oracle services and solutions business across the KSA region. The role will have a strong focus on building and strengthening strategic partnerships and alliances with Oracle as an OEM, developing the regional market, and generating business opportunities across enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and revenue growth for Oracle services and solutions across KSA, with primary focus on Dammam and secondary focus on Riyadh.

• Build, manage, and strengthen the partnership/alliance with Oracle OEM in the region.

• Develop strong relationships with Oracle stakeholders, ecosystem partners, and enterprise clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline for Oracle-related services and solutions.

• Work closely with Oracle and internal teams on joint go-to-market opportunities, account development, and solution positioning.

• Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders across target accounts.

• Lead client conversations from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.

• Understand client requirements and position relevant Oracle-led transformation, cloud, enterprise application, and consulting solutions.

• Support regional growth plans and market development initiatives across KSA.

• Collaborate with internal consulting, technology, and delivery teams to develop client-specific propositions and proposals.

• Maintain strong market intelligence on the Oracle ecosystem, competitors, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities in the region.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in enterprise technology / Oracle solutions sales, business development, alliances, or partner management.

• Established understanding of the Oracle ecosystem and OEM partnership/alliance model.

• Strong exposure to the KSA market, with existing relationships and market knowledge in the region preferred.

• Experience working with enterprise and senior-level stakeholders.

• Strong commercial, negotiation, relationship-management, and business-development capabilities.

• Ability to independently develop strategic accounts and build new business opportunities.

• Candidates currently based in KSA, particularly Dammam / Eastern Province or Riyadh, would be preferred.
