## Description

Job Purpose:

Premium Food Company looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. If you take pride in precision, fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare maki, nigiri, sashimi and specialty rolls with consistent quality, taste and presentation.

• Ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.

• Maintain a clean and organized sushi station and kitchen area.

• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed (e.g., fish, rice, seaweed).

• Ensure proper storage and handling of all sushi-grade fish and seafood.

• Stay updated with current food trends and contribute to menu development.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.

• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.

• Interact with guests (if applicable) to explain dishes and ensure satisfaction.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant or hotel.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication in English.
