## Description

Role Description The Senior Business Analyst role is a part-time, remote position responsible for analyzing and improving core academic and administrative processes. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders, evaluating existing workflows, and recommending data-driven enhancements. The Senior Business Analyst will translate institutional goals into detailed business requirements, prepare reports and dashboards, and support implementation of new systems or process changes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting stakeholder interviews, performing gap and impact analyses, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with educational and operational objectives. The role also requires clear communication of findings and ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.

• Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to capture, document, and validate stakeholder needs.

• Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize academic and administrative workflows.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with faculty, administrators, and support teams in a clear, structured manner.

• Experience in education management, higher education, or related sectors is beneficial.

• Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, reporting tools) is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.
