## Description

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager and take ownership of critical initiatives from conception to successful completion. This permanent position offers a significant opportunity to drive projects forward, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional results within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and milestones.

• Implement and oversee project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall, to optimize project delivery.

• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Trello to track progress, manage tasks, and document key information.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize potential disruptions.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management.

• Proven expertise in applying Agile Methodologies and acting as a Project Manager in Telco Industry

• Demonstrated experience with Waterfall Methodology.

• Proficiency in Project Planning, Budget Management, and Risk Assessment.

• Strong Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership capabilities.

• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional Problem Solving and Time Management abilities.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Trello.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Fluency in English

• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM).

• Experience in Telco Industry
