We connect the youth with the brands and universities that matter to them. We are based in Bahrain, operate in Saudi Arabia and Oman, and are growing across the region. About The Role Students come to Unipal for great offers from brands they love. Your job is to bring those brands on board in Bahrain, with a focus on the bigger names: multi-branch brands, F&B and retail groups, and the categories students care about most. You will find, pitch, negotiate, and sign high-quality partners, and hit your monthly targets. You will work closely with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product. What You Will Do • Find and sign student-relevant brands across Bahrain, in line with Unipal's categories, with a focus on multi-branch brands and groups • Own the full partnership cycle: outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover • Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events • Make sure every new partner is a good long-term fit, with accurate contracts and a smooth onboarding • Hit your monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, deals closed, and category coverage • Keep your CRM pipeline clean and report your numbers clearly • Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product to improve our offers • Share what works with the wider Bahrain partnerships team What you bring • 3–5 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role, with a record of closing deals • Strong negotiation skills: you can agree terms that work for the partner and for Unipal • Strong relationship-building skills with business owners and brand managers • Good knowledge of the Bahrain market and its brand landscape • Comfortable working with monthly targets, KPIs, and a CRM • Careful with details in contracts and partner handovers • A good understanding of what students want from brands Nice to have • Experience in a startup or a growing company • Experience with youth or student-focused brands • Fluent Arabic and English Show more Show less --- More live jobs: https://jobxdubai.com/jobs.md · UAE career guides: https://jobxdubai.com/knowledge-hub.md
