Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics, import operations, and supply chain coordination?

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team through the Tamheer Program and gain valuable practical experience in a dynamic operational environment.

🎯 Job Purpose

Support logistics and import operations by maintaining accurate records, ensuring documentation compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to enable smooth and efficient operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records, including costs, shipment volumes, weights, containers, delays, and other operational data.

• Follow up on import data organization and submission, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements and commitments.

• Support the development and finalization of operational dashboards.

• Process and follow up on customs broker invoices and their payment status.

• Assist with licensing matters, including follow-ups and renewals.

• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Language: Strong written and spoken English.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently and follow tasks through to completion.

• Tamheer Eligibility: Must meet the eligibility requirements of the Tamheer Program.
