Motaded is a Saudi business setup and regulatory compliance consultancy, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Riyadh. We support foreign investors and local companies throughout their business journey in Saudi Arabia, from licensing and government relations to accounting and HR. We are now looking for a well-rounded digital marketer to lead our digital presence and turn it into real clients.
About the Role
You will own digital marketing end to end: advertising campaigns, written and visual content production, and improving our website's visibility in search engines and AI-powered answer engines.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms, continuously analyzing results.

• Write professional marketing content in Arabic and English for the website and social media channels.

• Execute SEO work: keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure planning.

• Write website page content designed to boost visibility on Google and in AI-generated answers (GEO/AEO).

• Design images, social posts, and advertising materials.

• Design and edit short-form videos for social media platforms.

• Track performance indicators and prepare periodic reports with results and recommendations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in paid advertising on Google Ads and social media platforms.

• Experience in marketing content writing.

• Solid knowledge of SEO and related tools.

• Experience writing website content that improves visibility in search engines and AI tools.

• Experience in image design (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or similar).

• Experience in video design and editing (Premiere / After Effects / CapCut or similar).

• Fluent written Arabic and English.

• Ability to start immediately.

• A portfolio of previous work is preferred.
