We are hiring Administrative Coordinator for a leading IT Software company at Riyadh Saudi Arabia Location.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office coordination, documentation, and record-keeping.

● Liaise with local government entities, vendors, and service providers as required (e.g., licensing, permits, facilities).

● Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding coordination, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.

● Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and correspondence for the regional team.

● Assist with procurement processes, invoice tracking, and basic vendor management.

● Maintain accurate filing systems — physical and digital — for contracts, compliance documents, and correspondence.

● Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.

● Act as a point of contact for general office and administrative queries.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
