🚧 We’re Hiring | Project Manager – HV Substation / Cabling Projects

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in High Voltage (HV) Substation or Cabling Projects to lead project execution and ensure successful delivery in line with client requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of HV Substation or Cabling Projects, from engineering and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

• Ensure compliance with DEWA requirements, technical specifications, and approval processes.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, HSE, and contractual obligations.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

• Drive project performance, resolve technical and operational challenges, and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

• 15–20 years of relevant experience, including Project Manager-level responsibility for HV Substation or Cabling Projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of DEWA standards, specifications, and approval procedures.

• Proven experience managing projects through the complete project lifecycle.

• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Candidates with DEWA approval will be given preference.
