## Description

Fisheye Executive Search is partnering with a leading healthcare company in Saudi Arabia to hire a Sales Manager who will own the Critical Care and Medical Furniture portfolio across the Western & Southern Region.

This is a senior, quota-carrying role overseeing hospital-facing sales, tender management, and a regional sales team — ideal for someone who already has an established network with hospital decision-makers and procurement teams in Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and the Southern provinces.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual sales plan for critical care equipment (patient monitoring, anesthesia workstations, ICU & transport ventilators, defibrillators) and medical furniture across the Western & Southern Region.

• Lead the full tender lifecycle — technical and commercial proposal preparation, clinical evaluation support, pricing strategy, and negotiation — for both government (MOH, NUPCO, Etimad) and private-sector hospital accounts.

• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with hospital CEOs, procurement directors, biomedical engineering departments, and clinical department heads (ICU, anesthesia, emergency).

• Recruit, manage, and coach a team of area/territory sales representatives, setting individual targets and reviewing pipeline performance.

• Coordinate with principals/manufacturers (international OEMs) on product positioning, pricing approvals, and joint account planning.

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments across the region, feeding insights back into commercial strategy.

• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and collections for the region, ensuring healthy days-sales-outstanding on government accounts.

• Represent the company at regional healthcare exhibitions, hospital open days, and clinical conferences.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive experience in medical device or medical equipment sales in Saudi Arabia, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management or team-lead capacity.

• Proven track record managing government tenders through NUPCO/Etimad as well as direct private-hospital sales cycles.

• Established network of hospital executives, procurement leads, and clinical stakeholders across the Western and/or Southern regions.

• Experience in critical care equipment, anesthesia/ICU devices, or hospital/medical furniture is strongly preferred.

• Strong commercial acumen: forecasting, pricing strategy, margin management, and contract negotiation.

• Demonstrated people-management experience — building, motivating, and holding a sales team accountable to targets.

• Bachelor's degree required; a technical, biomedical, pharmacy, or business background is a plus.

• Fluent in Arabic and English; based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, with regular regional travel.

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with specific hospital groups or MOH clusters in the Western/Southern regions.

• Experience representing international critical care brands (e.g., Mindray, Dräger, GE Healthcare, Getinge, or similar).
