Role Description the Information Technology Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, presenting IT solutions that match client needs, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The specialist will maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. Daily activities include prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations, following up on opportunities, and maintaining detailed sales reports and forecasts.

MISSION is to drive business growth and deliver successful implementations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales, business process analysis, client relationship management, and ERP deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong IT Sales and Account Management skills, with experience managing the full sales cycle.

• Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts and solutions relevant to ERP Next, Odoo, digital transformation, cloud, and CRM environments.

• Lead Generation and prospecting capabilities, including outreach, qualification, and pipeline management.

• Effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and client relationship building.

• Proven experience in B2B technology sales, within digital marketing, cloud, AI, and ERP solutions.

• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Comfort with CRM tools and basic sales reporting and analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
