Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the full property lifecycle, including prospecting, listing, marketing, and closing residential and commercial transactions. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with lenders, legal partners, and other stakeholders. The role involves maintaining accurate records, managing leads in CRM systems, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing ongoing support to buyers, sellers, and tenants. The Real Estate Agent will also participate in local networking, stay updated on regulatory changes, and uphold company standards for ethical and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices in the UAE.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills and experience in closing property transactions and managing leads.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.

• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Real Property concepts, valuation, and local market trends.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus), proficiency with CRM and digital listing platforms, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous.
