About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate Engineers to join our manufacturing operations in Jeddah.

This opportunity is designed for recent engineering graduates who are eager to gain practical experience, develop their technical skills, and build their careers in the renewable energy and manufacturing industry.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to different engineering and manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily engineering and manufacturing operations.

• Assist in monitoring production processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.

• Participate in engineering activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support quality, safety, and operational standards.

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and operational updates.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams.

• Contribute to process optimization and manufacturing improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or other relevant engineering disciplines).

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.

• Basic understanding of engineering principles and industrial operations.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of English.

• Willingness to work on-site at our factory in the 3rd Industrial City, Jeddah.

• Eagerness to learn and develop in a manufacturing environment.
