## Description

Job Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central

JD:

• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem tickets through ServiceNow.

• Gather HR business requirements and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Troubleshoot issues, meet SLAs, and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring problems.

• Manage employee master data, data uploads, corrections, and validations.

• Configure role-based permissions, business rules, workflows, and system notifications.

• Support integrations with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, payroll, and third-party systems.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using standard reporting applications.

• Conduct testing, UAT, end-user training, and system audits.

• Maintain technical documentation as per DACO standards and templates.

• Coordinate with HR users, IT teams, SAP support, and vendors for issue resolution.
