Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description Job Purpose We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage sales activities across Riyadh and Dammam, focusing on home medical devices and adult diapers. The role will be responsible for conducting regular field visits, collecting customer orders, building strong relationships with pharmacies and medical showrooms, and achieving assigned sales targets. Location Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities • Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, pharmacy chains, medical showrooms, and other assigned outlets. • Collect and process customer orders accurately and ensure timely submission. • Achieve assigned annual sales targets for home medical devices and adult diapers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy staff, store owners, and showroom decision-makers. • Monitor stock levels, product placement, and product availability at customer outlets. • Track competitor activities and provide market insights to the Sales Supervisor. • Follow up on outstanding orders, returns, and customer inquiries. • Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product presence across assigned accounts. • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales orders, and account information using CRM tools where available. • Prepare regular sales updates and report market developments to the Sales Supervisor. • Represent the company professionally and ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a Sales Representative or field sales role. • Experience dealing with pharmacies, pharmacy chains, medical showrooms, or medical supply outlets is highly preferred. • Background in home medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or medical supplies and equipment is an advantage. • A university degree is preferred; a diploma or relevant field sales experience may also be considered. • Conversational English is sufficient; fluency is not mandatory. • Experience using CRM systems is preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently, manage an assigned territory, and achieve sales targets. • Willingness to conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.
