## Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.

• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and staff development.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, employment contracts, visa processing, and other HR requirements.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines in line with company requirements.

• Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits, leave administration.

• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

• Provide HR support to management and various departments, including sales, technical, project, and operations teams.

• Coordinate with the company’s headquarters in China on HR policies, reporting, workforce planning, employee matters, and other HR-related activities.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment between local HR operations and the headquarters’ HR team.

• Support workforce planning and organizational development in line with business needs.

• Handle employee grievances and promote a positive working environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the renewable energy.

• Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

• DMCC experience is a plus.

• Experience coordinating with overseas headquarters or regional offices is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple HR functions, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive, have strong self-confidence, and have a strong self-driving force.
