## Description

Sports Partnerships Marketing Manager – Brief

We are looking for a Sports Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of sports sponsorships and partnership activations across the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa (META).

The role will involve managing major sports partnerships, including football and other global sporting platforms, and translating sponsorship rights into impactful customer engagement, hospitality, events, digital, social, retail and brand activations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead sports partnership activations from planning through execution and post-event reporting.

• Manage agencies, rights holders and external partners, including budgets, timelines and deliverables.

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on customer engagement, hospitality and commercial activations.

• Coordinate with PR, social, digital, retail and events teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

• Track sponsorship utilisation, campaign performance, engagement, pipeline and ROI.

• Manage multiple markets and stakeholders while ensuring brand and governance requirements are met.

• Identify opportunities to maximise the value of sports sponsorships and partnerships.

Ideal profile:

• 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, sports partnerships or sponsorship activation.

• Strong hands-on experience managing sports activations, events and agencies.

• Football/sports tournament experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience across hospitality, digital/social, retail or influencer activations.

• Strong project, budget and stakeholder management skills.

• Middle East/Saudi experience is highly preferred.

• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel frequently for events.
