Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer with strong Figma and UI design skills to support the development and maintenance of digital products and design systems.

Job title: Junior Digital Designer

Job type: Yearly renewable

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the Figma Design System.

• Create components, patterns, templates, and UI assets.

• Design responsive websites, dashboards, portals, and applications.

• Convert wireframes and requirements into high-quality UI designs and prototypes.

• Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, colors, and layouts.

• Collaborate with UX, product, development, and senior design teams.

• Support design reviews and continuous product improvements.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Digital Design / UI/UX / Product Design.

• Strong Figma skills: Components, Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping.

• Understanding of Design Systems, Responsive Design, UI/UX principles.

• Strong visual and attention-to-detail skills.

• Portfolio demonstrating digital/product design work.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred: Experience with dashboards, enterprise platforms, data visualization, accessibility, or large-scale digital products.
