Executive Director – Home Healthcare
We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Executive Director to lead the growth and expansion of a growing Home Healthcare company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strong Business Development professional with proven experience in the Saudi Home Healthcare sector, particularly in building, developing, and scaling home-based healthcare services.

🎯 Senior Leadership Position
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and execute the company’s business growth and expansion strategy

🔹 Lead Business Development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth

🔹 Build and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, healthcare networks, and other key stakeholders

🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams within the Home Healthcare market

🔹 Drive market expansion and strengthen the company’s position in the Saudi Home Healthcare market

🔹 Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnership agreements

🔹 Build strong relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and referral partners

🔹 Develop new channels for patient acquisition, referrals, and business growth

🔹 Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the Saudi Home Healthcare sector

🔹 Work closely with medical and operations teams to ensure business growth and service delivery goals are aligned

🔹 Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams

🔹 Take ownership of overall business performance, growth, and commercial results
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong experience in Business Development and commercial leadership

✅ Mandatory: Proven experience in the Saudi Home Healthcare sector

✅ Strong hands-on experience specifically in Home Healthcare / Home Care Services

✅ Previous experience working in a Home Healthcare company, Home Care provider, or healthcare startup focused on home-based services in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred

✅ Proven track record in Business Development, partnerships, sales, and revenue growth within Home Healthcare

✅ Strong understanding of the Saudi Home Healthcare market and business landscape

✅ Experience dealing with hospitals, insurance companies, corporates, healthcare networks, and referral partners

✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, scale, and grow a Home Healthcare business in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong communication and presentation skills

We are looking for a hands-on Home Healthcare leader who can combine strategic vision with strong Business Development capabilities and drive sustainable growth in the Saudi market.
