## Description

Esnad Contracting Company is Hiring

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations for head office and project-based employees.

• Manage employee attendance, leave requests, absences, and related HR records.

• Prepare warning letters, disciplinary actions, employee statements, and HR correspondence.

• Manage probation periods, performance evaluations, confirmations, and extensions.

• Handle employee relations cases and coordinate with project managers regarding employee-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations.

• Previous experience in contracting, construction, or a project-based environment is highly preferred.

• Practical knowledge of employee relations, disciplinary procedures, leave management, and probation processes.

• Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law.

• Experience with HR systems; Jisr is an advantage.
