We’re Hiring: Executive Chef to lead premium catering operations across multiple properties, serving a high-profile client and delivering exceptional dining and event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead premium catering across multiple properties, delivering exceptional dining and events for a high-profile client.

• Deliver corporate events, banquets, and formal dining.

• Provide strong leadership of multicultural teams across multiple kitchens.

• Develop menus, standardize recipes, manage costing, and drive culinary innovation.

• Manage strong client relationships, HACCP, food safety, and quality assurance.

• Effectively control budgets, food and labor costs, inventory, and waste.

• Undergo theoretical and practical culinary assessments, with professional references verified (for shortlisted candidates).

Qualifications

• Recognized culinary qualification.

• Relevant food safety certification.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, premium catering, and VIP dining.

• Michelin-starred restaurant experience and expertise across multiple cuisines.

• Strong leadership of multicultural teams across multiple kitchens.

• Expertise in menu development, recipe standardization, costing, and culinary innovation.

• Experience delivering corporate events, banquets, and formal dining.

• Strong client management, HACCP, food safety, and quality assurance skills.

• Effective control of budgets, food and labor costs, inventory, and waste.

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary: AED 35-40K
