## Description

Job Title: - Event, Exhibition & Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Event, Exhibition & Social Media Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute events and exhibitions from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in event management, exhibition coordination, and social media coverage to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.

- Manage end-to-end event operations, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.

- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

- Develop and execute social media coverage plans for events and exhibitions across relevant platforms.

- Create engaging event-related content, including posts, stories, reels, photos, and videos.

- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality promotional content.

- Manage pre-event promotions, live event updates, and post-event coverage.

- Monitor audience engagement and prepare event performance reports.

- Ensure all events and social media activities align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in event management, exhibitions, and related social media activities.

- Proven experience in planning and executing events and exhibitions independently.

- Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills.

- Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

- Flexibility to work during events, including evenings or weekends when required
