## Description

Apexia Properties is hiring a Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai.

You’ll work with buyers, sellers and landlords across off-plan sales, secondary sales and rentals. We’re looking for someone who follows up consistently, takes responsibility for their pipeline and can turn enquiries into real conversations and closed deals.

What you’ll do

• Contact and qualify incoming leads, understand their requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Build relationships with clients, property owners and developers.

• Arrange and conduct viewings, present options and negotiate offers.

• Keep client information, follow-ups and deal progress updated in our CRM.

• Source listings and develop your own client network alongside company-generated enquiries.

• Coordinate with the team on listings, documentation and transactions.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• An organised approach to managing leads and client relationships.

• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Real estate or relevant sales experience.

• Willingness to learn Dubai’s communities, projects and transaction processes.

• Reliability, initiative and the ability to work independently within a team.

Dubai real estate experience and a UAE driving licence are advantages.
