General Description

Join a leading banking and financial services organization in the UAE, working on creative digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and innovative financial products.

We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer / Animator with strong hands-on expertise in 2D Motion Graphics, Brand Animation, Video Editing, Digital Marketing Campaigns, and Visual Storytelling.

The ideal candidate will create engaging, high-quality motion content across social media, digital advertising, websites, mobile applications, and digital displays, bringing brands and financial products to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and digital marketing videos.

• Produce engaging product explainer videos for banking products, digital services, and marketing campaigns.

• Animate brand assets, typography, logos, icons, and infographics following brand guidelines.

• Develop motion content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and mobile applications.

• Handle video editing, sound design, music synchronization, and basic colour correction.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders from concept to final delivery.

• Adapt animations across different formats, aspect ratios, and English/Arabic versions.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, or Animation.

• Advanced Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro – Essential.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Hands-on experience in 2D Animation, Brand Motion Graphics, Kinetic Typography, and Visual Storytelling.

• Experience creating marketing campaigns, social media animations, and product explainer videos.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and visual composition.

• Strong Motion Design Portfolio / Showreel – Essential.

• Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

• Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services industry experience.

• Arabic language skills or Arabic typography animation.

• 3D Animation: Cinema 4D or Blender.

• UI/UX Motion & Micro-interactions: Lottie, Rive, Figma.

• Experience using AI-powered creative tools.

• UAE/GCC market experience.
