We're looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SMEs specializing in HR to join a client engagement on a 3-month contract renewable. This is an on-site role in Riyadh

Role Overview: As a Techno-Functional SME, you'll bridge the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation, providing subject matter expertise across configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules

• Perform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work — queries, troubleshooting, performance tuning

• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processes

• Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, troubleshooting)

• Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems

• Ability to work on-site for the full contract duration

• Immediate or short-notice availability (Already holding IQAMA)

• Solid Knowledge in EBS
