About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting the bid process from opportunity identification through submission. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent proposal writing and coordination skills within an engineering consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals for government projects in KSA. • Review tender documents, RFPs, and client requirements. • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information required for proposal submissions. • Ensure proposals are submitted accurately and within deadlines. • Maintain proposal documentation, templates, and records. • Support prequalification submissions and tender clarifications.
