## Description

We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Tendering Manager with a strong background in EPC/EPIC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, MEP, or major construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end estimation and tendering function, ensuring competitive pricing, accurate cost assessments, and timely submission of high-value bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all estimation, tendering, and proposal activities.

• Review ITBs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify client requirements, project scope, and commercial risks.

• Prepare and review cost estimates covering materials, manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and project execution.

• Coordinate with technical, commercial, procurement, project, and other departments to develop competitive proposals.

• Manage high-value, multidisciplinary tenders from initial assessment through final submission and post-tender negotiations.

• Review bid documents, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure compliance with client specifications.

• Monitor tender results, maintain tender registers, and report performance to management.

• Lead and mentor the estimation team and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 7 years in a senior estimation, tendering, proposals, or managerial role.

• Strong experience in EPC/EPIC contracting environments, preferably with major Oil & Gas and Energy projects in Qatar or the GCC.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale tenders and projects valued at QAR 100 million or above.

• Knowledge of lump-sum/LSTK, unit-rate, reimbursable, and subcontracting commercial models is an advantage.

• Exposure to Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and MEP projects is preferred.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
