## Description

Role Summary

The Team Lead – Cloud & Infrastructure will lead a team of Microsoft architects, consultants, and engineers in delivering Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure solutions. The role is accountable for technical quality, delivery excellence, and the professional development of the team, and works closely with the Center of Excellence, presales, and customer success functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and consultants within the Cloud & Infrastructure practice

• Oversee the design, implementation, and migration of Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises or hybrid infrastructure solutions

• Ensure delivery adheres to Microsoft best practices and to the technical standards set by the Center of Excellence

• Review solution designs and technical documentation prior to client submission and handover

• Support presales activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposals

• Plan and allocate team resources in coordination with project management and delivery leadership

• Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents and project risks

• Conduct health checks, assessments, and remediation planning for customer environments

• Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

• Support team members' certification plans and career development

• Report on delivery status, quality, and team performance to the Regional Manager and senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud technologies, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role

• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure (IaaS and PaaS), Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Active Directory

• Proven experience delivering cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure projects for enterprise or government clients

• Experience in technical presales, solution design, and proposal development

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft role-based certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-104, or MS-102

• Experience with Azure, M365, and Infrastructure solutions

• Fluency in Arabic

• Experience in the Kuwait or wider GCC market
