## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline in line with business targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and strategic partnerships.

• Lead end-to-end bid and proposal management, including bid/no-bid decisions.

• Coordinate technical, commercial, financial, and legal inputs for proposals.

• Ensure proposals are competitive, compliant, and submitted on time.

• Lead pricing, commercial evaluation, and contract negotiation activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Monitor sales performance, bid win rates, and market trends.

• Conduct win/loss reviews and improve future bidding strategies.

• Lead and develop the Sales & Bid Management team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or bid management.
