About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to receive and manage maintenance requests, follow up on their progress, and provide appropriate support in accordance with the ministry's approved policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and accurately document maintenance requests.

• Forward requests to the relevant department or team for action.

• Follow up on maintenance requests until completion and closure.

• Provide appropriate support and updates to customers throughout the process.

• Ensure requests are handled in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Previous experience in receiving and following up on maintenance requests is preferred.

• Strong patience and ability to work under pressure.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.
