## Description

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) requirements, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and internal policies.

The role will oversee merchant onboarding compliance, regulatory reporting, data privacy, and compliance reviews across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the AML/CFT compliance framework in line with SAMA requirements.

• Review merchant Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) documentation and approve onboarding files before activation.

• Review partner contracts, product changes, and operational processes to ensure compliance.

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the relevant authorities.

• Oversee PDPL compliance, including data subject requests, data breach response, and privacy impact assessments.

• Deliver compliance and AML/CFT awareness training to employees.

• Maintain compliance policies, documentation, and audit records, and report compliance matters to the Board.
