At ITSS, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to strengthen our customer relationships and drive long-term success across the Middle East.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions.

* Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

* Drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth.

* Collaborate closely with delivery, technical, and commercial teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

* Proactively manage customer expectations, escalations, and service improvements.

* Identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, and additional services.

🔎 Ideal Candidate:

* 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.

* Strong background in banking technology, fintech, or IT services.

* Proven experience managing banking and financial services clients in the Middle East.

* Knowledge of core banking solutions and digital banking platforms is a significant advantage.

* Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong business acumen, relationship-building capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
