Role Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-focused Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial delivery of a large residential project. Reporting to the Project Lead Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will lead and manage cost control, valuations, variation and change management from contract award through to final account. The role will be responsible for maintaining commercial accuracy, effective cost management and protection of the project's financial position throughout the project lifecycle.
