## Description

About the Opportunity

TalentScript is recruiting on behalf of a Kuwait-based holding company seeking experienced accounting professionals at both Manager and Assistant Manager levels, depending on qualifications and experience.

We are looking for hands-on professionals with strong technical accounting skills and experience managing financial operations across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and month-end closing.

• Prepare financial statements and consolidated Group reporting in accordance with IFRS.

• Manage statutory audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policies.

• Support budgeting, cash flow management, and treasury operations.

• Maintain and improve accounting processes and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.

• Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.

• Manager level: 8+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience.

• Assistant Manager level: 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in accounting operations, IFRS, Group consolidation, and statutory audits.

• Experience handling multiple legal entities and intercompany transactions.

• Microsoft Dynamics experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in holding companies, investment companies, family offices, or diversified business groups is a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
