## Description

Madison Pearl is currently partnering with one of the largest law firms in Middle East for an opportunity of Sr Lawyer within Enforcement team in Dubai. The purpose of this role is to provide legal representation, develop litigation strategies and advise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before the UAE courts and judicial authorities.

• Draft and review statements of claim, statements of defence, legal memoranda, appeals, petitions, and other court submissions.

• Attend court hearings, present legal arguments, respond to opposing counsel, and follow up on court judgments and procedural requirements.

• Advise clients on case merits, potential liabilities, litigation risks, settlement options, and expected outcomes.

• Liaise with clients, court experts, public authorities, and other relevant stakeholders throughout the litigation process.

Key Requirements:

• Only Emiratis will be considered.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).

• Minimum 7 years of experience after qualification.

• Demonstrated experience representing clients in court proceedings and managing cases through the litigation lifecycle.

• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and court proceedings effectively.

## Requirements
