## Description

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

Our client, a well-established events, exhibitions and interior fit-out company in Dubai, is looking for an Events & Exhibitions Business Development Manager. You will grow the exhibition stands, event builds and experiential projects business across the UAE and the wider GCC show calendar.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop and execute the business development plan for the events and exhibitions division

• Target exhibitors, brands, agencies, and organisers ahead of the major UAE and GCC shows

• Build a pipeline around the regional exhibition calendar and convert repeat participants into long-term accounts

• Lead client briefings and present stand and event concepts with the design team

• Prepare quotations and proposals with the estimation and production teams

• Negotiate pricing and contracts and close deals against revenue targets

• Track tenders and pre-qualification opportunities with the sales coordination team

• Report pipeline, forecasts and market insights to senior management

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 7+ years of B2B business development or sales experience, with at least 3 years in UAE events or exhibitions

• A proven record of selling exhibition stands, event builds, or experiential projects

• An active network of exhibitors, agencies, or organisers in the UAE and GCC

• Strong knowledge of the regional exhibition calendar and the stand design and build process

• Excellent spoken and written English; strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Valid UAE driving licence

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Degree in business, marketing, or events management

• Experience leading a small sales or business development team

• Arabic or Russian language skills

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Basic salary and allowances plus a target-based commission
