For our office in Riyadh, we are looking for Design Coordinator – 100% (m/f) The ideal candidate will have a practical understanding of how multidisciplinary design information is assembled and an organised approach to keeping teams aligned. They will recognise gaps between package outputs, clarify ownership and follow issues through to resolution. The candidate should be comfortable working with consultants and internal specialists, recording decisions accurately and helping package managers maintain an orderly and timely review process. Responsibilities: • Coordinate design inputs, RFIs and technical queries across disciplines, consultants and client review teams. • Maintain drawing and document registers, submission schedules and review trackers, confirming the correct revision and status of each deliverable. • Check that package submissions include the required drawings, specifications, reports and supporting information before review. • Organise coordination meetings and design workshops, prepare agendas and record decisions, owners and action deadlines. • Review interdisciplinary interfaces with discipline leads and flag design gaps, clashes and inconsistent information. • Consolidate review comments and follow up responses and resubmissions through documented close-out. • Support model coordination sessions, linking agreed actions to the relevant drawings and technical documentation. • Maintain revision and decision records so approved changes are communicated to affected teams. • Support package managers with progress reports, overdue-action summaries and early escalation of missing inputs or approval constraints. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. • 8+ years in design coordination on large building or infrastructure projects. • Working knowledge of document control systems (Aconex or similar) and BIM workflows. • Eligible for SCE accreditation; must meet client security vetting requirements. • Ability to manage submission and comment registers, document revisions and traceable records of design decisions. • Familiarity with interdisciplinary drawing and model review and the sequencing of design review and approval cycles. • Desirable: Government or institutional facility experience; KSA or GCC experience.
