Property Consultant (Freshers Welcome)

As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our Secondary Market division. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and client-focused freshers who want to start their real estate career with us, focused on the resale and leasing of properties across Business Bay and Dubai's established villa communities, including Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1, 2 & 3, and The Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to source, list, and sell or lease properties in Business Bay and villa communities such as Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1, 2 & 3, and The Valley

• Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company's advanced CRM system

• Understand client preferences and lifestyle needs to recommend suitable apartments and villas

• Support clients through the sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and deal closures

• Learn to guide clients on community amenities, investment potential, pricing trends, rental yields, and resale value

• Assist with property viewings and client consultations under the guidance of senior consultants

• Learn to prepare sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws

• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and documentation in the CRM system

• Build strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, and investors

• Stay updated on market trends and pricing shifts in Business Bay and key villa communities

• Represent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, and property tours

Job Requirements

• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome. No prior real estate experience required

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to obtain RERA certification (we will assist you)

• Self-motivated, organized, target-driven, and eager to learn

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirements

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
