About us

Shajaah Group provides integrated smart building and technology solutions in the UAE. Our brands are LinkGrid (smart home and ELV supply), Vivcom (installation, SIRA CCTV and maintenance) and Possivio (cloud, IT and software). We’re looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to grow our brands online.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run a daily content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube

• Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels: product demos, smart home scenarios, behind-the-scenes, and before/after site work

• Write captions, hooks, ad copy, website and blog content, and WhatsApp/email campaigns

• Brief the graphic design team and make sure every post is on-brand

• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn for leads and demo bookings

• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead) and share weekly reports

• Stay on top of smart home, security and tech trends and turn them into content ideas

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years in digital marketing or content creation, ideally in tech, real estate, interiors

• A strong portfolio of videos, reels and social posts you created yourself

• Confident on camera and behind it, with mobile shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)

• Excellent written English (Arabic is a plus)

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and analytics tools

• Canva or Adobe skills

• Self-starter who can ship content every day without being chased
