Job Description
Avsar Global is hiring an experienced Construction Manager for a leading client in Abu Dhabi's Oil & Gas industry.

The ideal candidate must have proven ADNOC project experience, strong construction management expertise, and extensive experience overseeing large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction activities from mobilization through project completion.

• Lead construction teams, project engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and construction deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements, HSE regulations, quality standards, and approved project specifications.

• Monitor project milestones, critical paths, risks, and construction progress.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

• Oversee project documentation, progress reports, technical coordination, and cost control.

• Manage project risks, technical challenges, and operational issues to ensure timely completion.

Mandatory Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification – Mandatory.

• Relevant professional certifications in construction/project management or Oil & Gas.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction management experience.

• Previous ADNOC project experience – Mandatory.

• Oil & Gas industry experience – Mandatory.

• Proven experience managing construction projects, teams, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.

• Proficiency in Primavera/project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Strong understanding of HSE compliance, project planning, risk management, and quality control.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Must be willing to work on a 5-month offshore rotation followed by 1 month of paid leave.

Important: Candidates without ADNOC project experience, Oil & Gas industry exposure, a Master's degree, or PMP certification will not be considered.
