Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting To: Director – Business Development

Salary: Competitive + Commission + Allowances

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in the interior Fitout industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the commercial,Shopping Malls ,Retails shops and residential sectors and the ability to close high-value turnkey projects. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential sectors

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients

• Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and coordinate with the design and execution teams

• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely project handover

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales within the interior fit-out industry in the UAE

• Strong client base and excellent knowledge of the Dubai fit-out market

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Valid UAE driving license
