## Description

We are working with a leading UAE bank looking to appoint a Senior Digital Business Analyst to support the continued growth and optimisation of its digital banking capabilities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing customer behaviour, digital product performance and channel effectiveness, translating data-driven insights into actionable business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse digital banking performance, customer behaviour and channel usage to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor digital KPIs, customer engagement, adoption and conversion rates.

• Identify opportunities to optimise digital customer journeys and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Collaborate with Digital Product, Technology, Analytics and Business teams to deliver improvements.

• Support digital initiatives through performance reporting, actionable insights and continuous optimisation.

• Drive improvements in digital channel effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience within Digital Banking, Digital Channels, Business Analysis or Digital Product Analytics.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.

• Exceptional understanding of retail banking products, digital customer journeys and channel performance.

• Experience working with cross-functional product, business and technology teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Previous banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
