Project Manager – Luxury Branded Villas

📍 Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong real estate developer background to oversee the delivery of luxury, high-end branded villas in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing premium residential projects from design development through construction and final handover, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, budgets, and luxury finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from design and planning to construction and handover.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal development teams.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement, and construction progress.

• Ensure exceptional quality standards, premium finishes, and compliance with branded residence requirements.

• Oversee site progress, risk management, quality inspections, snagging, and final handover.

• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in project management within real estate development.

• Strong developer-side experience in luxury villas, branded residences, or high-end residential projects.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in contractor and consultant management, budget control, and project delivery.

• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
