## Description

We're Hiring: Personal Assistant / Admin assistant (English & Arabic)

Are you the kind of assistant a Partner can trust completely: organised, discreet, and always one step ahead?

Hammad & Al-Mehdar Law Firm is looking for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, confidential support to our Partners. This is a trust-based role for someone who wants to work as a true extension of the Partner and build a career in legal executive support.

What you'll do:

• Run complex, multi-party calendars across offices and time zones, with briefing packs ready at least 24 hours ahead.

• Draft correspondence, client emails, and executive summaries in English and Arabic to the Partner's standard.

• Coordinate communications with clients, counterparties, courts, and relevant government authorities as directed by the Partner.

• Own time entries and billing narratives, and coordinate with Finance on billing and client accounts.

• Support client onboarding, including engagement letters, KYC documents, and coordination with Compliance.

• Prepare, format, and proofread documents and presentations, and keep the Partner's matter files organised.

• Plan multi-jurisdiction travel with complete, detailed itineraries.

• Track follow-up actions from the Partner's meetings and ensure commitments are carried through to completion.

What we're looking for:

• Fully bilingual in English and Arabic, written and spoken.

• Strong drafting skills and close attention to detail.

• Absolute discretion with sensitive client and personal information.

• A proactive mindset that anticipates needs and flags issues early.

• Composure under pressure and with demanding external parties.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook calendar management.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Languages/Translation, or a related field is an advantage.

Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant. Previous exposure to a law firm or professional services environment would be a strong advantage.
