## Description

We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are seeking a junior Associate Solicitor to join their Contentious Construction team within their Dubai office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a globally ranked Constructions & Engineering practice, engaging in all contentious aspects of the global construction industry. The candidate will advise across on every stage of the project lifecycle, from contract negotiation and project delivery to dispute resolution, including arbitration, litigation, and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

The candidate will advise a diverse range of clients on major projects, across the energy and utilities, healthcare, transport infrastructure, and real estate sectors throughout the GCC. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

• NQ-4 PQE;

• Strong background in projects, construction, and/or infrastructure work;

• Excellent commercial awareness;

• Outstanding academics;

• Technically excellent;

• Negotiation skills;

• Willingness to become involved in business development;

• Ability to work independently and as a team.
