## Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director for a secondment assignment. The role requires strong expertise in strategic financial planning, treasury, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement, along with proven leadership experience in managing finance teams and driving transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic financial planning and support the development of financial strategies.

• Manage treasury activities and oversee financial reporting.

• Engage with the Board and key stakeholders on financial matters.

• Lead finance teams and support their professional development.

• Drive financial transformation initiatives to improve finance functions.

Job Requirements:

• 10–12 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.

• A Master’s degree, MBA, or Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting and Finance.

• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, treasury, financial reporting, and Board/stakeholder engagement.

• Experience leading finance teams and driving transformation initiatives.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

• Immediate availability or the ability to join within 30 days is highly preferred.
